To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return.
You can also contact our customer service by telephone 7 days a week from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm (GMT+1) at the following telephone number, +33 3 52 88 02 55 (English language, price of a local call in France).
The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
The product must be returned in new condition, with all instructions and accessories with which it was delivered and in its original packaging.
