A key component for filtering your spa This filter cartridge is designed exclusively for "ACRYL" spas and is essential for keeping your spa water clear and clean. The filter traps dirt and impurities that cloud the water and clog the jets over time. This spa filter cartridge is both moisture-resistant and dust-resistant. It is specifically designed to ensure healthy water and extend the life of your spa.
Regular maintenance This filter cartridge should be rinsed every 1 to 2 weeks and replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on how often it is used and the water quality at the installation site.

Delivery and Returns
Shipping and delivery When you place an order with Hesperide, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed. Hesperide holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 3/5 working days (excluding weekends) from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process. Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window. Returns In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Hespéride® offers you a right of return of 30 days from the reception of your order. To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return. The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses. The product must be returned in new condition, with all instructions and accessories with which it was delivered and in its original packaging. For more information, see our general conditions.

This is a payment solution in 3 instalments by Visa or Mastercard* credit card which allows payment of the order to be staggered in 3 debits according to the following schedule:
1st due date on the day of the order: 1/3 of the amount of the basket + processing fees of 1.4% of the amount of your order ( administration fees capped at €9)
