Quality furniture
The wooden frame of this lounge set is protected with oil and should be maintained according to the recommendations in the instructions. The cushions have removable covers, making them easy to wash, while their water-repellent fabric prevents water from penetrating the material during light rain. You can store them in compatible Hespéride storage boxes (Ref.: 196975A, 196975B and Menango 196977) and protect your furniture with a cover (Ref.: 146754 and Hambo 186895). This lounge set is also treated to resist fading.

When you place an order with Hesperide, the cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order. The system calculates shipping costs based on the delivery address and automatically adjusts them when products are added or quantities are changed.
Hesperide holds extensive stock of most products to ensure that you receive your order within 3/5 working days (excluding weekends) from the time of dispatch. This timeframe assumes that all products in your order are in stock, which you can check during the ordering process.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery agent will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date. Delivery will be made within 72 working hours of confirmation of the appointment, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with a half-day intervention window.

Returns
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Hespéride® offers you a right of return of 30 days from the reception of your order.
To do so, we invite you to inform our customer service department of your wish to organize your return.
The reimbursement of your order will be made with the means of payment used when you placed your order upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouses.
