Delivery and Returns
When placing an order with Hespéride, the shipping cost is included in the total order price. The system calculates shipping fees based on the delivery address and adjusts them automatically when products are added or quantities are modified.
At Hespéride, we maintain extensive stock levels for most of our products to ensure that you receive your order within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends) in Spain, from the moment of shipment.
Once the order has been registered, the delivery service will contact the Customer to arrange a delivery date. Deliveries are carried out within 72 business hours after confirmation of the date, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a half-day time slot for delivery.

Returns
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Hespéride® offers you a 30-day return policy from the receipt of your order.
Your order will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place the order, once the returned product has been received in our warehouses.
The product must be returned in new condition, with all instructions and accessories included, and in its original packaging.
